The Croft Caravan Site was opened in 2003 by John & Josie Lee. It is an excellent place to stay to enjoy the tranquillity of open spaces and the big sky. From the site you can see Orkney, and also wonderful sunsets. with the right conditions you can witness the fantastic northern lights. we are not far from the Gills Bay ferry and John O'Groats.
At The Croft there are a variety of animals including Goats,Ducks, Chickens (Free Range eggs available) Katie the cob and of course Zak the Shetland stallion. We are a dog friendly site and have areas that can be used to let your dog loose for a run around. Bower is a small farming community with very friendly locals who always give you a cheery wave and a friendly smile.
